Founded in Breckenridge, Colorado 11-11-22, the Whole YOU Retreat gathers midlife women to reconnect, reclaim and relaunch their lives. Midlife is not a number. It is represented by women who have lived some life and are experiencing life transitions like divorce, empty nest, caregiving for family, elderly parents, hormones, career changes and so much more. Founder Brenda Ridgley, an author and Mindvalley certified midlife coach had a dream. Her vision was to bring women together to connect, grow, and help each of them step into her divine feminine spirit and launch into her next chapter. Along with Brenda's collaborator, Stacey Stedman - author and certified health and fitness coach, with guest thought leaders, together, they create a loving, empowering, and accepting space for women to connect to their own authenticity and with each other.
